Note:  Squadding (sign in) is from 9-9:30 AM with Matches starting at 10:00 AM.   The afternoon tournament on Jun 25 has squadding between 11:45-12:00 PM with a Match start of 12:00 PM.  All competitors are expected to assist with target set up and tear down.

Equipment Allowed:  Equipment allowed will be in accordance with current NRA rules.. Rifles allowed are NRA Match Rifle Rule 3.3 or 3.3.3; Service Rifle Rules 3.1, 3.1.1, 3.1.2, or 3.1.3; Foreign Service Rifle 3.1.4; As Issued M-1 Garand 3.1.5; and Any Rifle 3.2..  Metallic sights only-rule 3.7a.  Empty chamber indicators are required and are available for purchase at the range. 

        

Other Equipment:  Eye and ear protection are required.   A limited number of Club owned AR15 Rifles are available for check out and use at the matches with prior arrangements.   In addition, ammunition for AR15 rifles may be purchased at the tournament.  Contact Brent Butler at 402..345.6384.

 

Course of Fire:  NMC

Stage 1.  2 sighting shots in 2 minutes.  One 20-shot string, Standing, slow fire, in 20 minutes at 200 yards.  SR target.  Rule 5.12.

Stage 2.  2 sighting shots in 2 minutes.  One 10-shot rapid fire string, Standing to Sitting or Kneeling position, 60 seconds at 200 yards. SR target. Rule 5.8 or 5.10.

Stage 3.  2 sighting shots in 2 minutes. One 10-shot rapid fire string, Sanding to Prone position, 70 seconds at 200 yards.  SR-42 target. Rule 5.6.

Stage 4.  2 sighting shots in 2 minutes. One 20 shot string, Prone, slow fire, in 20 minutes at 200 yards.  SR-52 target.  Rule 5.6.

Stage 5.  Aggregate of Stages 1 through 5.

 

Course of Fire:  80 Shot Regional Course

Stage 1.  2 sighting shots in 2 minutes.  One 20-shot string, Standing, slow fire, in 20 minutes at 200 yards.  SR target.  Rule 5.12.

Stage 2.  2 sighting shots in 2 minutes.  Two 10-shot rapid fire strings, Standing to Sitting or Kneeling position, each string 60 seconds at 200 yards. SR target. Rule 5.8 or 5.10.

Stage 3.  2 sighting shots in 2 minutes. Two 10-shot rapid fire strings, Sanding to Prone position, each string 70 seconds at 200 yards.  SR-42 target. Rule 5.6.

Stage 4.  2 sighting shots in 2 minutes. One 20 shot string, Prone, slow fire, in 20 minutes at 200 yards.  SR-52 target.  Rule 5.6.

Stage 5  Aggregate of Stages 1 through 5.

Note:  The High Power Rifle Range at WWGC does not have target “pits” and uses stationary target frames.  Shot marking and scoring procedures are rigidly controlled by range commands and monitored by Range Safety Officers.
