ANNUAL MEETING NOTICE
The annual members meeting will be held on Saturday, 12 January 2013 from
8:00 AM - Noon
The location is the AkSarBen Aquarium at Schramm Park SRA.
2012 membership and the gate combination expire on 31 December 2012; The club is
issuing annual memberships only at this time. Club membership requires current NRA
membership and current/valid background documentation be maintained throughout the
year, not just at renewal time.

If you wish to vote at the annual meeting, have your membership renewal taken care of
before that day.

In order to renew your club membership for 2012. Send copies of the following.
[ ]    Current NRA membership " copy of the card or magazine cover. Support WWGC
        by renewing you NRA membership through the club.
[ ]    Current and Valid background check {one of the the following} NE purchase card
        "both sides", FFL, Omaha Firearm ID, Government issued carry permit.
        Send only on full 8 1/2 X 11 sheets.
If you plan to renew at the annual meeting, bring copies with you as we do not have
access to copy equipment at that location.
[ ]    Signed copy of current range rules.
[ ]    $110.00 membership fee, no fee if you joined after July 1, 2012. If you renew after
        April 1, 2012 the fee is $175.00.
[ ]    Range Safety Officers must submit current NRA RSO certification to be issued
        a club RSO card.
