WWGC 2006 Friday Night High Power Fun
League… aka….”Any Rifle you Got”
Purpose: Use your FAL, SKS, AK, AR, K31, K98, Lee Enfield,
MAS or any other high power rifle (HP), bolt or semi-auto, any sights, to shoot in a fun
match. In addition to the fun of shooting
shoulder-to-shoulder with other HP shooters and collectors of surplus military rifles,
shooters will be able to practice the fundamentals of competition HP shooting in a safe,
structured, and learning environment. Scores
will not be reported to the NRA
Special Opportunity: With prior arrangements, shooters may check out and use a Club owned AR15 or M1 Garand as well as purchase the needed ammunition for the shoot.
Course of Fire: Forty record shots total plus sighters fired in prone, rapid standing to prone, rapid standing to sitting, and standing positions, for a total of 48 shots. This is NOT a benchrest course of fire.
Match Sequence:
Unlimited sighters for 5 minutes, 10 rounds slow fire prone (10 minutes)
Two sighters in 2 minutes, 10 rounds standing to prone rapid fire (60 seconds)
Two sighters in 2 minutes, 10 rounds stand to sitting rapid fire (70 seconds)
Two sighters in 2 minutes, 10 rounds standing slow fire (10 minutes)
